What information should a customer provide in order to receive a quotation?

A potential customer must provide the company name, address, contact information, number of units required and the desired service cycle.

If a quotation is approved by a customer, what are the requirements prior to the installation being conducted?

After receiving a quotation , a contract and invoice will be generated and delivered to the potential customer's location. Once the contract is signed and the payment prepared, the installation will be scheduled.

What types of sanitary bins do you provide?

Sanitary Removal Limited offers 3 types of Sanitary Disposal Bins to suit a wide range of cubicle sizes and user preferences.

Available models: Regular, Foot pedal and Automatic Sensor Bins
Our regular units are ideal for high traffic locations that require significant storage allocation.
Our foot pedal model offers the convenience of hands free operation.
Our automatic/sensor bin is ideal for executive offices. It has a built in infrared sensor that allows for hands-free, automatic operation.

Are sanitary bins, aerosol dispensers and sharp containers available for sale?

No, these products are only offered on a one (1) year rental service agreement.

If a customer logs a complaint prior to their due date, will there be an additional cost for the exchange of the sanitary bins?

All complaints are addressed at no additional cost to the customer.

What is the standard turnover time for complaints?

You complaint will be addressed within a timely manner during regular business hours.

How does an existing customer adjust the terms of their service agreement?

Once a customer wishes to adjust the terms of their current service, an email or letter must be sent to the Operations Department.

If a customer relocates, will Sanitary Removal Limited conduct the removal of the sanitary bins?

Yes, once properly informed, we will coordinate the relocation of all company property. We offer a 24-hour turnover time for customers in Kingston & St. Andrew, whilst a 48-hour time frame for customers located in all other parishes.

Is a customer allowed to conduct the installation of dispensers?

Aerosol and Toilet Seat Sanitizer Dispensers are rental items, therefore only a Sanitary Removal Limited technician who is trained on the correct installation procedure will be authorized to conduct an installation. Soap, Hand Towel and Tissue Dispensers are sales items for which installation is only available in Kingston & St. Andrew.
